- 10mm Thick AR500 Gongs (White & Red) are suitable for Handgun Calibers (9mm, 357, 44, 45) at minimum 10 Meters and Rifle Calibers (223, 270, 30.06, 308, 300, 375) at minimum 100 Meters.
- Use at your own risk!
- Place Targets in front of a back stop.
- Always wear eye and ear protection.
- Keep safe distances; minimum 10m for Handgun Calibers and 100m for Rifle Calibers.
- If the Muzzle Velocity exceeds 3000fps/900mps, place Targets at minimum 400m and further!
- Do not shoot Targets from a side angle.
- Targets must swing away freely or fall over.

Bought a set of these gongs an wow i was impressed with the overall construction of them. I shot from .22lr stingers to 416 Rigby 450gr at 100m to 400m and it handles it very well, no chips or holes right trough. Higly recommend these gongs to any shooter wanting to further there skills on distance.
